All kinds of on-site label printing solutions. We offer thermal and thermal transfer label printers of various sizes and capabilities, printer accessories, and printing software. Label printing can be implemented as a standalone solution or integrated with the company’s main information system. We have experience ranging from the installation of individual printing stations to more complex production line marking applications, where the application of labels to product packaging and pallets is also automated. In addition to the technology itself, we offer a wide range of consumables for label printers and help our customers find the most suitable materials for every marking need.
A wide range of barcode reading devices, from simple barcode scanners to industrial handheld computers. Depending on the application, it is possible to choose between stationary or wearable scanning devices, longer or shorter reading ranges, and equipment suited either for clean office environments or for more demanding working conditions. Reading devices can be connected to a workstation computer via USB and serve a simple data entry function, or they can be integrated into a production line and production process control system. A wide range of accessories is also available for reading devices, helping to make barcode scanning, handling, charging, and storing wearable devices more convenient in the workplace.
A data collection solution is a means of querying data from databases, correcting and supplementing it, typically using mobile devices at the point where the data is generated. Usually, the workers using these solutions are on the front line and are the ones creating the data — for example, a warehouse worker receiving goods. The data collection solution must align with the company's processes and allow only the data that will be needed later to be collected. The goal of data collection solutions is to reduce workload by half — data is recorded only once and is readily accessible where needed.
RFID solutions are significantly more efficient compared to barcode-based solutions, because hundreds of tags can be read simultaneously, the chips do not need to be visible, and they can be rewritten. The most common applications include tracking equipment, tools, and valuable assets to improve usage visibility; automating inventory counts in warehouses and retail; tracking goods throughout the entire supply chain, from manufacturing to delivery, improving traceability and reducing errors; tracking medical devices, pharmaceuticals, patient wristbands, and surgical instruments to enhance safety and efficiency; and tracking uniforms, linen, and textiles in the hospitality, healthcare, and industrial laundry sectors; recording book loans and returns in libraries.
ATTUNE Off-the-Shelf solutions are ready-made products developed by us that are quick and easy to implement with standard functionality and include both hardware and software. As Off-the-Shelf solutions, we offer public sector institutions and municipalities barcode-based inventory management, RFID-based library workstations, and visitor counting solutions for companies or service locations. The inventory management solution is integrated with PMen and RTIP, while the library solution is integrated with RIKS and Urram.
Service robots are devices that assist people in carrying out their everyday tasks. This is what distinguishes service robots from industrial robots, which are designed to manufacture things by repeatedly performing the same operations on production lines. We are primarily focused on various mobile robots that assist workers in service and logistics. In the service industry, common robots help bring food to the table in restaurants or assist floor staff in collecting used dishes. In logistics, the use cases are broader — for example, robots can help bring completed orders in a warehouse to a customer on the sales floor, or to a designated location in production within a KANBAN system. Larger robots can move pallets and transport them automatically to designated locations. By integrating such robots with industrial handheld computers, the efficiency of warehouse workers can be significantly increased.
The management solution is based on the SOTI ONE platform. This platform allows for the management and securing of smartphones, tablets, computers, compatible label printers, and other IO devices regardless of the operating system. Additionally, it is possible to perform continuous diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution of device issues. The management solution increases company efficiency through an enhanced ability to quickly resolve and proactively prevent device problems. A part of the SOTI ONE platform is the ability to rapidly create solutions — for example, to digitize the manual filling of various forms. As it is a remote management solution, it saves IT specialists significant working time — all issues can be resolved across all operating locations without leaving one's own workstation.

A client-sector-based sales structure helps us better understand the needs and specific characteristics of different industries. Our sales approach always prioritizes the problem the customer needs a solution for, as well as the specific nature of the customer’s working environment. We value visiting our customers on-site to see how their actual work processes operate and to ensure that the solutions we offer positively support and enhance them.

Regardless of the size of the solution, we always agree with the customer on the most suitable additional service package for their needs. If necessary, we can also install and configure even a single barcode scanner or label printer on-site. In the case of custom solutions, in addition to solution mapping, technical implementation, and software development, we can also take on the role of project management on behalf of the customer.

Customer relationships do not end with sales and installation — a functional and sustainable solution also requires after-sales service and upgrades after implementation. We provide on-site support and maintenance for all devices, turnkey solutions, and custom developments sold by us, and we work closely with the manufacturers of our products to continuously improve our technical expertise.

We have long-term and active cooperation with leading manufacturers in the industry:
